Very elegant vintage blanc de blancs of a golden yellow color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory picture is elegant and complex, with aromas of orange blossom, white flowers, citrus, ripe yellow fruit, tropical fruit, sensations of honey and pastry, memories of pain grillé and dried fruit emerging from a dynamic and complex but very well-balanced aromatic frame, which flow pleasantly towards a refreshing finish.

Philipponat, Royale Réserve Brut 2017

Grand Cru, Mareuilsur Ay

It comes in a bright golden dress with amber reflections, made even more elegant by a very fine and persistent foam. The nose gives off floral and slightly toasted hints, together with citrus and honey nuances. The sip has a nice vinous attack, broad and structured, with notes of ripe fruit and a biscuit and fragrant finish reminiscent of freshly baked bread.

Vinification in steel with second fermentation in bottle for 36 months on the lees. The base cuvée is blended by integrating a part of the reserve wines managed according to the solera method and then refermenting in the bottle. Contains sulphites
